We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to creating an excellent patient experience.What You'll DoAssist dentists during a variety of dental proceduresPrepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient careHelp maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinical daySupport patients before, during, and after treatment, helping them feel comfortable and informedFollow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocolsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and patient recordsTake dental X-rays when appropriately certifiedProvide patients with oral health education and post-treatment instructionsCollaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, front office teammates, and other dental assistantsContribute to a positive, organized, and team-focused work environmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsCertificate from a Dental Assisting ProgramCurrent healthcare provider CPR/BLS certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to delivering an excellent patient experienceAbility to work effectively as part of a fast-paced dental teamDependable, organized, and attentive to detail Expanded Functions experience or certification is a plus.Qualifications That May Increase Starting PayWe value experience and additional skills.
