Dental AssistantLocation: Long Island West Compensation: $25 - 30 per hour Patient Mix: PPO / FFS Practice Type: Multi Specialty Schedule: Full Time Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work full time will be eligible for benefits.About the RoleUnited Dental Corporation is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing team in the vibrant Huntington area.We are looking for a dependable, patient-focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on experience, schedule preferences, and business needs.Candidates may be considered for multiple practices within the region based on business needs, schedule availability, and clinical fit.What You'll DoAssist the dentist during a variety of treatment proceduresPrepare treatment rooms and instrumentsSterilize and maintain clinical equipmentTake dental radiographs in accordance with state regulationsSupport patient flow and provider efficiencyEducate patients on post-operative and oral hygiene instructionsMaintain accurate patient records and clinical documentationEnsure compliance with infection control and safety protocolsProvide an outstanding patient experience from check-in to check-out
