Dental AssistantWe are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team in San Juan Capistrano!Job Type: Temp-Hire, Full Time Schedule: 8AM-5PM Monday to Friday, but must be available to work one Saturday per month.Responsibilities:Dental Assistant is responsible for performing basic supportive chair-side procedures under the direction of the Staff DentistsMaintaining the operatory in a safe and workable condition, properly cleaning all dental instrumentsAssist with providing oral health education to patients and caregiversMinimum Position Qualifications:Education: High School diploma or equivalent education requiredExperience / Training: Bilingual (English/Spanish)License / Certification: Certification from an accredited dental assisting program; current California license for Dental Assistant; current radiology license and evidence of satisfactory completion of board-approved course in coronal polishing; current BLS certificationPreferred Position QualificationsLicense / Certification: Sealant Certification
