Solon Smiles | Dental Assistant | Full-TimeAt Solon Smiles, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team and help deliver outstanding clinical care and an excellent patient experience.ScheduleMonday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMSome Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PMResponsibilitiesPrepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelinesAssist the dentist with a variety of procedures, including restorative, crown and bridge, extractions, and InvisalignTake digital X-rays and intraoral photosPrepare and maintain dental materials and instrumentsAccurately record treatment notes and update patient chartsEducate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative careMaintain infection control and ensure compliance with safety protocolsStock and organize clinical suppliesQualificationsPrevious dental assisting experience preferredCurrent radiology certification requiredExperience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or other dental software preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesPositive attitude with a team-oriented mindsetWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Has a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared forWorks well in a fast-paced environmentIs dependable, punctual, and professionalCommunicates effectively with patients and team membersTakes initiative and is eager to learn and growReady to join a supportive team and make a difference in patients' lives?
