If you are looking for a supportive team that values professionalism, growth, and high-quality dentistry, we'd love to connect with you.Position DetailsThis is a full-time opportunity with a consistent schedule:Monday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Tuesday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Wednesday: 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Friday: 6:30 AM - 2:00 PMAs a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical team and delivering a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include:Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and instruments for patient careTaking digital radiographs and maintaining accurate patient recordsEducating patients on treatment plans and oral health recommendationsEnsuring infection control and sterilization protocols are followedManaging clinical supplies and maintaining an organized workspaceCollaborating with doctors and team members to create an exceptional patient experienceSupporting office goals through efficiency, teamwork, and excellent serviceRequirementsPrevious Dental Assistant experience requiredCurrent Tennessee Dental Assistant credentials, as applicableKnowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control protocolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with a strong commitment to teamworkExcellent organizational and time management skillsPatient-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding careSelf-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented mindsetExperience with digital radiography and dental software preferredJoin a team that values collaboration, patient care, and professional growth while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients every day.Qualifications:Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environmentIf required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification Excellent communication and organizational skillsPreferred ExperienceDentrix or other dental software experienceDental assisting school certification
