Dental AssistantStreamwood Smiles | Streamwood, IL | Full-TimeStreamwood Smiles is a patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality care in a friendly, team-oriented environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting both clinical and operational excellence.Position OverviewThe Lead Dental Assistant will support providers chairside while helping guide daily clinical flow and assisting with team coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys taking ownership and leadership within the clinical team.ScheduleMonday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMTuesday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PMFriday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM1 Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PMCompensation$23 - $26/hour, based on experienceResponsibilitiesAssist providers chairside during a variety of proceduresHelp oversee clinical flow and ensure efficient patient careSupport and lead other assistants as neededMaintain sterilization protocols and operatory readinessAssist with patient education and comfortProvide occasional support to the front desk when needed (preferred but not required)Required:Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experienceDental polishing certificationDental sealant certificationStrong clinical skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Front desk or administrative experiencePrevious leadership or lead assistant experienceWhat We're Looking ForA team player with a positive, can-do attitudeStrong communication and organizational skillsSomeone who takes initiative and enjoys a leadership roleDedication to delivering excellent patient careIf you're an experienced Dental Assistant ready to step into a leadership role, we'd love to connect with you!
