Not only do these core values ring true for our patients but also for our employees.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have Schooling or Dental Office experience as a Dental Assistant.Benefits offered:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Account401K Retirement PlanEmployee DiscountsVacation and SickEndless opportunities to grow within the CompanyMonthly BonusesEmployee Referral Incentive ProgramJob Duties:Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.Infection Control & XRay certificates required.Taking and developing dental radiographs (x-rays).Asking about the patient's medical history and taking blood pressure and pulse.Providing patients with Pre/Post OP instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures, such as the placement of a restoration (filling).Teaching patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health; (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling).Taking impressions of patient's teeth for study casts (models of teeth).Taking needed pre-op/post-op x-rays for necessary insurance. Ex: XB, Space maintainer, etc.Chart/enter a treatment into Dentrix Ascend software.Must be able to work SaturdaysJob Type:Full-time. Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Some Saturday 8:00 am- 2:00 pmHourly + Benefits+ Monthly BonusesPay rate $18.00- $23.00Children's Dental FunZone is dedicated to serving children, toddlers, and teens' unique needs.
