Dental Assistant (DA)Woburn, MA.Our client is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join their growing private practice in Woburn, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment where teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional care are top priorities.Schedule:Full-Time.Monday – Thursday.One Saturday per month.Compensation:$25.00 – $29.00 per hour.Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.Responsibilities:Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures.Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.Take digital radiographs (as permitted by certification).Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.Ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized.Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience.Qualifications:1+ year of dental assisting experience required.Current Massachusetts dental assisting requirements/certifications, as applicable.Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and clinical procedures.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent patient care.What Our Client Offers:Competitive hourly compensation.Convenient Monday–Thursday schedule with only one Saturday per month.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunity for professional growth within a well-established private practice.Modern office committed to delivering exceptional patient care.If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity with a great team, competitive pay, and an excellent work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you!
