($800 referrer / $200 referee - Payable after 200 hours of work)Personalized Support - Work with a dedicated recruiter committed to your success.Exclusive Employee Benefits - Enjoy free continuing education (CEUs) exclusive marketplace discounts, hotel savings, pet insurance, and Employee Assistance Program.Shift Details:8 hours shift, 40 hours work weekDental Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.Assist the dentist by sterilizing instruments, suctioning, and passing instruments.Prepare and handle dental materials and supplies.Perform dental X-rays and assist with study casts.Fabricate temporary restorations and clean removable appliances.Assist with dental and medical emergencies; maintain CPR and emergency supplies.Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.Document dental care and maintain patient confidentiality.Follow infection-control, safety, and sanitation protocols.Maintain professional knowledge and complete required training.Minimum QualificationsCompletion of an accredited Dental Assistant program or six(6) months of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant.Minimum of one (1) year of Dental Assisting experience.X-Ray Certification - 6 months experience.Current, valid, and unrestricted applicable state license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.Additional certifications may be requiredCopy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
