Job description
Dental Assistant ISea Mar is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support dental providers and deliver quality patient care. This role includes chairside assistance, patient education, infection control, and supporting clinic operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across multiple proceduresEscort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentialityAssist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/AllscriptsMaintain sterilization and infection control standardsSupport scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activitiesTrain new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing educationQualificationsCompletion of a formal Dental Assistant program or 1+ year experienceWashington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration requiredBLS CPR required within 90 days of hireStrong infection control and patient communication skillsBilingual English/Spanish preferredSea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $22.34 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – Friday (Can be edited based on need)What We Offer:MedicalDentalVisionPrescription coverageLife InsuranceLong Term DisabilityEAP (Employee Assistance Program)Paid-time-off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid Holidays.We also offer 401(k)/Retirement options and an exciting opportunity to work in a culturally diverse environment.
