Dental Billing Success ConsultantTake Control of Your Career with Flexible, Remote Dental BillingAre you an experienced dental biller looking for a flexible, remote career with strong earning potential?eAssist Dental Solutions, the nation's leading dental billing company, is seeking experienced Dental Billing Specialists to help dental practices maximize collections while working from home.Why Join eAssist?100% RemoteFlexible schedule with daytime availability requiredStart part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time (often within six months)Commission-based earnings with full-time potential of $40,000–$80,000+ annuallyWork with established dental practices across the countryWork-life balanceCompensation: Pay is commission-based.Office commission is based on the size of the practice and its insurance collections, and it varies from office to office. All Success Consultants receive hourly pay, at their state's minimum wage, which is treated as an advance toward the commission on the office. What You'll DoSubmit and manage dental insurance claimsResolve claim denials and submit appealsPost insurance payments and reconcile accountsGenerate billing reports and attend weekly client meetingsMaintain accurate documentation and follow-up on outstanding claimsQualificationsMinimum 1 year of recent dental billing experience within the past two yearsExperience with insurance claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, and appealsWorking knowledge of dental practice management software (Applicants with Experience in rare software like CareStack, AxiUm, Archy, etc are highly encouraged to apply)Comfortable using Google WorkspaceStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBenefitsEligible employees have access to:401(k) with 1% company matchMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramAADOM MembershipEmployee discount programsLocationCandidates must reside in the United States.
