Front Desk Patient Relations Coordinator Clyde, OH Full-Time
Premier Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Patient Relations Coordinator to join our growing team!
We are a busy, patient-centered, multi-doctor practice offering General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics . With exciting internal team advancements, we re expanding our front desk team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Office Schedule Monday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
What You'll Do Greet and check patients in/out
Answer phones and assist with patient questions
Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments
Verify patient and insurance information
Collect payments, co-pays, and outstanding balances
Coordinate with the clinical team for smooth patient flow
Manage daily front-office communications and tasks
What We're Looking For Previous dental, customer service, or administrative experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dental office, insurance, and practice management software experience preferred
