Job description
Star Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Hygiene Director to lead clinical protocols, AI adoption, and recruitment for 300+ hygienists across 10+ states. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, this role will drive standardized care and clinical initiatives to scale the organization.
Prior DSO hygiene-director experience is highly preferred. Travel up to 50% and proximity to a major airport are expected for this role.
