$5,000 Signing Bonus | $50–$62 per Hour + Uncapped Bonus | Full-Time

Qualifications
Graduate of an Accredited Dental Hygiene Program
Active Arizona Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
Current CPR Certification
Local Anesthesia Certification (if required by state regulations)
