Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist looking for a practice where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking a caring, motivated, and patient-focused RDH to join our growing general dentistry practice. We maintain a medium-to-low patient volume, allowing you the time to provide thorough, high-quality care without feeling rushed. What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and review medical histories
Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive treatments
Take and process dental X-rays while following all safety protocols
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and disease prevention
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Follow infection control procedures and sterilization protocols
Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to provide outstanding patient care
Assist with occasional administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Preferred Qualifications
New graduates and experienced hygienists are welcome to apply
Knowledge of dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
Experience with dental radiography and infection control procedures
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Familiarity with dental practice management software
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Compassionate, positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
