Dental Hygienist

About the Role
We're a patient-first dental practice looking for a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. This full-time position features a 4-day workweek, competitive pay, and a collaborative environment where quality care and staff well-being go hand in hand.
Schedule & Compensation
Monday Thursday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (enjoy a 3-day weekend, every week)
$105,000 $112,000 annually

Position Offers
Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal evaluations, and preventive screenings
Perform cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other preventive treatments
Capture and process dental radiographs per state guidelines
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation
Uphold sterilization and infection control protocols
Partner closely with dentists and clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care
Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient
Qualifications
Active PA Dental Hygienist license
At least 1 year of clinical hygiene experience
Radiography certification per Pennsylvania regulations
Solid grounding in preventive care and infection control best practices
Strong communication skills and a talent for patient education
