The Role We‘re hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist at our West Salem location. You‘ll deliver high-quality hygiene services in a collaborative, wellness-centered environment, with the tools and clinical support to consistently achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Compensation is a combination of hourly base pay and production bonuses, with an expected total of $60–$65 per hour — rewarding you directly for the care you provide.

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Current Oregon Dental Hygiene License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
CPR certification required
Local anesthesia certification preferred
