The Role We're hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist at our West Salem location. You'll deliver high-quality hygiene services in a collaborative, wellness-centered environment, with the tools and clinical support to consistently achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Compensation is a combination of hourly base pay and production bonuses, with an expected total of $60-$65 per hour — rewarding you directly for the care you provide. What We Offer — Full Time Employees *
$60-$65/hour total compensation (base + production bonus) * ✍️ $5,000 signing bonus *
