We‘re looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our Sheridan team and help us provide patients with high-quality preventive care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

As a Dental Hygienist, you‘ll have the opportunity to:

What You‘ll Do As a Dental Hygienist, you‘ll be an essential part of each patient‘s care team. You‘ll provide preventive and periodontal services while helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
You‘ll:
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene and periodontal services within your scope of practice
Assess patients‘ oral health and identify periodontal conditions
Partner with dentists to develop and support appropriate patient treatment plans
Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, periodontal health, and recommended care
Build trust through compassionate, personalized patient interactions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols
Collaborate with the entire dental team to create an exceptional patient experience
Compensation $60-$65 per hour Schedule Full-Time, Monday–Thursday

Position Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Current Oregon Dental Hygiene License or ability to obtain one by the time of employment
Current CPR certification
Applicable local anesthesia certification and other required credentials
Strong patient communication and education skills
Commitment to clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience
