Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Full-Time Toledo, Ohio
Finley Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our experienced Toledo team. Enjoy a supportive environment, comfortable appointment times, and uncapped earning potential!

Schedule
Monday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 11:30 AM 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Compensation
$40 $43/hour based on experience
PLUS uncapped hygiene incentive!
Hygiene Schedule
New Patients: 60 minutes
SRP: 60 minutes per quadrant
Prophy: 45 minutes
Approximately 8 patients per day
Eaglesoft PMS
What We re Looking For
Active Ohio RDH license
Anesthetic certification preferred, not required
CPR certification
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Team-oriented and focused on periodontal & overall oral health
