Dental Office Patient CoordinatorAZ Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, an established dentistry clinic in Peoria, AZ, is currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Dental Office Patient Coordinator. This full- or part-time administrative position earns a competitive wage of $16.00 - $21.00/hour with the ability to earn monthly bonuses.In addition to competitive pay and our friendly, collaborative culture, we offer our dentistry team the following benefits:Medical, vision, and life insuranceIn-house dental benefitsPaid time off (PTO)Holiday payThis administrative position can be either full-time or part-time and typically works 8-hour shifts. Days can vary, and our dentistry clinic is open 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.As a full- or part-time Dental Office Patient Coordinator, you form a vital connection between our patients and our dentists. Always upbeat and friendly, you closely interact with patients and ensure they have a positive experience with our clinic. When a new patient visits our practice, you gather information about their medical history and reasons for coming in. You discuss treatment plans with our dentists and share those plans with the patient, being mindful of timelines and finances.Tactfully, you handle billing matters and collect payments from patients. When we need to file with insurance, you promptly submit the claim and ensure all information is accurate. Eager to help, you assist your team with other office matters as needed.
