Cheerful Patient Care & Financial Coordinator
Fee-for-Service Cosmetic, Implant, General Dentistry Private Practice
Full Time (M-Th 830-5:15).

2+ yrs working in excellent customer service with leadership roles AND are…

YOUR ROLE:
Exemplary presence at the front desk. First impressions matter!
Efficient and accurate Patient scheduling.
Stellar Communication/Triaging in person, phone calls, texts.
Interpreting Account Ledgers for balances, credits, EOBs.
Collecting payment and Asking for Reviews.
Explaining insurance, copays.
Presenting and closing treatment plans.
OSHA/HIPAA compliance officer.
Administrative duties
Cross-trained in insurance billing/AR, implementing and analyzing metrics, marketing/business development, etc.
