Front Office ProfessionalWe are looking for a motivated and personable front office professional to join our growing dental team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and love being the welcoming face of a practice, this opportunity is for you.ResponsibilitiesGreeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional demeanorOptimizing the daily schedule and confirming appointments to maintain efficient patient flowManaging electronic patient records and maintaining accurate documentationHandling phone calls, inquiries, and patient communicationsProcessing dental insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and billing claimsSupporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding patient careRequirements1+ year of dental or medical front office experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy environmentFamiliarity with TDO practice management software is a plusA positive, team-first attitude with a genuine passion for patient careCompensation & BenefitsHourly pay: $16 - $26 per hour, based on experiencePay is negotiable after a probationary periodHealth insuranceRetirement plan (401k/IRA)Paid time off (PTO)About the CompanyWe pride ourselves on a team-oriented, supportive workplace where work-life balance is respected and patients always come first.
