If you have a sharp eye for billing accuracy and a warm personality that puts patients at ease, we want to hear from you.Position OverviewRole: Dental Front Desk / Billing SpecialistSchedule: Part-Time (3 days a week)Compensation: Dependent upon experience levelLocation: SmileAlive in Eugene, OregonKey ResponsibilitiesPrecision Billing: Manage dental insurance claims, electronic attachments, and claim appeals with a high success rate.Patient Advocacy: Explain complex treatment plans and financial responsibilities to patients with clarity and empathy.Accounts Receivable: Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding insurance and patient balances.Front Office Flow: Manage high-volume scheduling, patient check-in/out, and multi-line phone systems.What You Bring to the TableProven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in a dental office setting.Billing Expertise: Deep knowledge of CDT coding, PPO/HMO/Medicaid plans, and the pre-authorization process.Software Proficiency: Experience with Dentrix requiredWhy Join SmileAlive?Work-Life Balance: A consistent part-time schedule that respects your time outside the office.Supportive Environment: Work alongside a team that values your specialized expertise and clinical input.How to ApplyReady to bring your expertise to our team?
