Our practice emphasizes teamwork, long-term growth, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both patients and team members.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Dental Patient Receptionist who will serve as the face of the practice and the first point of contact for every patient. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, remembers details about patients and their families, and creates a warm, welcoming environment from the moment someone walks through the door.The right candidate is personable, empathetic, highly reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanorCreate a welcoming and positive first impression for all patientsAnswer incoming calls and assist with scheduling and general inquiriesVerify patient insurance and ensure accurate information is on fileMaintain organized and accurate patient recordsCoordinate front desk workflow to ensure smooth daily operationsBuild relationships with patients by remembering personal details and preferencesCollaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support patient experienceQualificationsPrior dental or medical front desk experience preferredBilingual (Spanish) strongly preferredExperience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentDependable, punctual, and team-orientedWhat We're Looking ForA true "people person" who enjoys building relationships with patientsSomeone empathetic, warm, and engagingA professional who takes pride in being the face of the practiceA reliable team member who contributes to a positive office cultureA candidate looking for long-term growth and development within a strong team
