Job description

Dental Receptionist - Highland EndodonticsWe are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.Highland Endodontics is a specialty dental practice dedicated to exceptional endodontic care in a comfortable, welcoming environment. Our team is committed to helping patients save their natural teeth through advanced root canal treatment and personalized care.Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 7am-5pmResponsibilitiesGreet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environmentSchedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendarsAnswer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communicationVerify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizationsProcess payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial recordsMaintain patient records and ensure accurate data entryCoordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as neededEnsure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulationsPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentCustomer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsReliable, organized, and detail-orientedProficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applicationsWe OfferCompetitive CompensationComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysFlexible Spending & Health Savings AccountsLife & Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance & Wellness ProgramsAdditional Voluntary BenefitsAnd More!Benefits available to eligible full-time and part-time employees working 20+ hours per week!
