Front Office ProfessionalWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic front office professional to join our growing dental team. If you thrive in a patient-centered environment, love building relationships, and bring a positive energy to everything you do, this could be the perfect fit for you.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional demeanorSchedule and confirm patient appointments efficientlyManage patient records, insurance verification, and billing inquiriesAnswer phones and respond to patient questions in a timely mannerCoordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flowMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk areaHandle patient check-in and check-out processesUtilize Dentrix daily for scheduling, patient records, and billingCoordinate smooth patient flow for approximately 20-25 dailyRequirementsRequired Qualifications3+ years of dental front office or receptionist experienceStrong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance verification processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanorHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with dental billing, claims submission, and CDT codingProficiency with major dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental)ScheduleFull-time availability Monday through FridayFlexible scheduling options availableCompensation & BenefitsHourly pay: $16 - $25 per hour, based on experienceHealth insuranceVision insurancePaid time off (PTO)About the CompanyWe are proud of the team-oriented, patient-first environment we have built.
