Dental Receptionist OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growth-oriented practice. In this friendly, positive, and team-oriented environment, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional approachManage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone and emailHandle multi-line phone system, directing calls and answering inquiriesMaintain and update patient records and insurance informationProcess payments, claims, and billing transactions accuratelyCoordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flowSupport administrative tasks and uphold office protocolsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of dental receptionist experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with dental practice management softwareAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferSalary range: $17,000 – $22,000 per yearPaid Time Off (PTO) to support work-life balanceContinuing education stipend for professional growthMonday through Friday scheduleSupportive, growth-oriented culture focused on teamwork and positivity
