Job description
Straumann Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the dental sales function across an assigned US region. The role includes achieving sales targets, coaching 8-10 Territory Managers, implementing sales systems, and providing market insights to leadership.
The position requires driving long- and short-term strategies, coaching for high performance, and extensive domestic travel. Base salary plus uncapped commission is offered with comprehensive benefits.
