Job description
Straumann Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director in the United States to lead the dental sales function within an assigned region. You will coach 8–10 Territory Managers, implement sales systems, and provide market insights to Sales Leadership.
The role emphasizes strategic sales planning, Challenger Sales coaching, and close collaboration with Education, Inside Sales, Marketing, and HR. Extensive domestic travel is required.
