Job description
Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Practice Recruiter to support practice recruiting for leaders and teammates, build a candidate pipeline, and train hiring managers. You will partner with Operations and HR to ensure a seamless candidate experience and scalable growth.
The role requires 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience in healthcare or dental, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on use of an ATS (iCIMS).
