Dental Therapist – Newberg & McMinnville, OR Gentle Dental | Full-Time or Part-Time | Newberg & McMinnville, Oregon

$155,000+ Annual Compensation | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

The Opportunity As a Dental Therapist with Gentle Dental, you’ll play an important role in expanding access to high-quality oral healthcare across two established practices in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

We want our Dental Therapists to practice at the top of their licensure and use the full range of skills they’ve worked hard to develop. We’re committed to creating an environment where you can grow clinically, utilize your training, and make a meaningful impact on the patients and communities you serve.

You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients across our Newberg and McMinnville practices while working alongside dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and operational team members who share a commitment to putting patients first.

With both full-time and part-time opportunities available , we’re open to discussing a schedule that works for you and the needs of our practices.

Compensation $155,000+ annual compensation, depending on experience

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Dental Therapy program

Current Oregon Dental Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment

Current CPR certification

Strong communication and collaboration skills
