GENERAL DENTIST – SALEM, OREGON
$40,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | PREDOMINANTLY FEE-FOR-SERVICE PRACTICE
PRACTICE COMPREHENSIVE DENTISTRY WITH MORE FREEDOM TO FOCUS ON YOUR PATIENTS.
Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established Skyline practice in Salem, Oregon.
This is a unique opportunity to practice in a predominantly fee-for-service environment , allowing you to focus on comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry while maintaining a high level of clinical autonomy.
With fewer insurance-driven limitations, you’ll have the opportunity to provide the care you believe is best for your patients while building long-term trust and treatment acceptance.

COMPENSATION
Average full-time Dentist earnings: $150,000–$400,000 annually
Your earning potential is supported by Skyline’s established patient base and predominantly fee-for-service model, with a focus on comprehensive treatment and quality patient care.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
Current CPR certification
DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start
