GENERAL DENTIST - SALEM, OREGON
$40,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | PREDOMINANTLY FEE-FOR-SERVICE PRACTICE
PRACTICE COMPREHENSIVE DENTISTRY WITH MORE FREEDOM TO FOCUS ON YOUR PATIENTS.
Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established Skyline practice in Salem, Oregon.
This is a unique opportunity to practice in a predominantly fee-for-service environment , allowing you to focus on comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry while maintaining a high level of clinical autonomy.
With fewer insurance-driven limitations, you‘ll have the opportunity to provide the care you believe is best for your patients while building long-term trust and treatment acceptance.

Unlike heavily insurance-driven practices, this fee-for-service model allows providers to spend more time educating patients, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and focusing on quality outcomes rather than volume.
COMPENSATION
Average full-time Dentist earnings: $150,000-$400,000 annually
Your earning potential is supported by Skyline‘s established patient base and predominantly fee-for-service model, with a focus on comprehensive treatment and quality patient care.

WHAT WE‘RE LOOKING FOR
* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
* Current CPR certification
* DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start
