Best Bites Dentistry is seeking a General Dentist with pediatric experience or a passion for treating children to join our thriving, community-centered practice in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina.

You'll work directly alongside an experienced owner doctor who is committed to mentorship, clinical excellence, and helping the right associate grow into a future practice owner.

Residency-Trained Pediatric Dentist
$1,200 $1,500 daily guarantee
35% 38% of adjusted production or collections , depending on practice economics
$20,000 $30,000 sign-on/relocation package
Additional compensation for OR days if appropriate
Realistic earnings: $325,000 $400,000+

Opportunity to work directly alongside the owner doctor
Dedicated OR access two days per week (Monday & Tuesday, one day per provider)
Support team consisting of 5 RDAs (4 Expanded Function Dental Assistants) and 1 Hygienist
Four-day work week
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents.
Perform restorative, preventive, emergency, and limited interceptive procedures.
Collaborate with an experienced pediatric dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Utilize hospital and/or OR access as appropriate.
Foster a fun, welcoming, and educational environment for children and their families.
Build lasting relationships with patients while educating parents on lifelong oral health.
Participate in community outreach and patient education initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
General Dentist with pediatric experience or a strong passion for treating children.
3 5 years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
Comfortable treating pediatric patients and managing behavior in a positive, patient-centered environment.
Interested in mentorship, long-term career growth, and future ownership.
Compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented.
