Aesthetic & Family Dentistry has a successful model to provide the highest quality care, in an efficient and productive manner. Not every provider is a good fit for our practices. Our Formal Offer:

Partial paid, individual health insurance, after three-month probation
Scrubs (after three months)
401k (with three-percent employer contribution)
For the first three months, starting with a daily minimum salary that equals to $160,000 annual salary, for a full-time associate,plus that portion of 1/3 of collections that exceed the daily minimum, and thereafter, exclusively 1/3 collections, with potential to make up to $300,000 in the first year, based on past associate performance.
No weekends (except emergency), no evenings
