Job description
Role: Dentist responsible for delivering comprehensive, empathetic patient care, diagnosing and treating oral health issues, and utilizing Invisalign for orthodontic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional dental care and collaborate with healthcare partners to enhance patient outcomes.
Lead and mentor dental team members, fostering continuous learning.
Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote oral health awareness.
Maintain accurate patient records and participate in practice management to support clinic growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of experience, with additional training preferred.
Invisalign experience required.
Strong leadership, personable demeanor, and a desire to learn and grow.
Passion for giving back and creating a positive work environment.
Compensation
Up to $250,000 annually based on experience and performance.
