Job description
Our private office is looking to hire a Part-Time Associate Dentist in Bowie, MD! We are looking for a provider with a minimum of 1 year of experience who is proficient in, but not limited to, basic cosmetic, restorative, and preventative care.
Practice Highlights for the Dentist:
Fee-for-Service and PPO model
Mainly working with Adults (85%)
See around 8-12 patients per day (non-hygiene)
3 DA’s and 3 Hygienists (all Full-time)
CBCT, Trios, Fully Digital
30 minutes from D.C.
Compensation for the Dentist:
30-35% of Collections ($50K-$70K/month Production on avg.)
Associate responsible for 30% of Lab Fees
Limited Mentorship from Owner
Potential equity option
