Job description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS General Dentistry (DMD/DDS) Guaranteed base salary + Production bonus comp model
Earn up to $221,000 in annual compensation (DOE)
$30,000 Signing bonus
$10,000 Relocation assistance
Qualified FQHC site for Federal School Loan Repayment – up to $50,000 / 2 years
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS General Dentistry (DMD/DDS) FQHC setting
General dentistry focus
16 – 18 PPD – variety of case-mix and all age groups
4 x 10's -or- 3 x 12 hrs. Weekdays shift schedule options available (No Weekend)
