Dentist
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in the scenic high desert town of Carrizozo, New Mexico. Salary and Benefits
Salary range of $200,000 to $230,000 annually, depending on experience
Eligible for up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance available (preloaded if needed)
Student loan repayment through NHSC-approved site

Flexible schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 10-hour shifts
No weekends, minimal or no on-call
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for adult patients (approximately 95% adults)
See approximately 2 patients per hour
Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums
Perform routine cleanings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and other general dental procedures
Collaborate with local medical center for surgical or complex dental cases
Maintain accurate patient records using EMR
Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Work closely with 2 hygienists, dental techs, and the Dental Director
Foster a team-oriented, patient-centered environment
Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Clear and active license to practice dentistry in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
New graduates are encouraged to apply
DEA license and current CPR certification
Commitment to serving underserved populations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Eligible for NHSC loan repayment program (preferred but not required)
Visa sponsorship available (H1B and J1 considered)
