Overview
The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Clarion, IA.
Role Details
Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-5pm
Your schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm; no evenings, no weekends, no call
Sees on average 16 patients per day + hygiene checks
Provider team includes: 1 dentist, 1 dental hygienist, and 2 dental assistants
Operatories: 4 dental, 2 hygiene
EHR: Epic Wisdom
Duties
Limited/emergency and comprehensive exams, restorative on both children and adults, root canals, removable and fixed prosthodontics—possibly using digital dentistry, extractions including surgical.
Benefits
Student Loan Repayment Programs: Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through state & federal programs
Competitive Salary: $170,000 - $240,000/year based on experience
Sign on Bonus: $20,000
Contract Length: 3 years
Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided

Continuing Education: $3,000/year and 5 days for CME
Paid Time Off: 20 PTO days and 9 paid holidays per year

Qualifications
DDS/DMD degree from an approved dental school
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, though not required. There is a high Spanish-speaking population.
