Gentle Dental is looking for a General Dentist to join our established practice in Dallas, Oregon. Whether you’re looking for a full-time position or a part-time schedule, this is an opportunity to step into a strong patient base while having the flexibility, clinical autonomy, and support to practice the way you want.
$10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Plus, this location qualifies for loan repayment programs administered through the Oregon Office of Rural Health (ORH) and the National Health Service Corps (NHSC). For dentists with qualifying student loans, this can add significant value to an already strong opportunity.

Compensation
Average full-time Dentist earnings: $150,000-$400,000 annually. Your earning potential is supported by an established patient base and the opportunity to grow your practice.

What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
Current CPR certification
DEA registration and NPI, as applicable
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care
