Employment Details
Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year
Location‑specific offers:

Key Responsibilities
Lead a patient‑centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
Maintain awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
Stay current on new developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community
Qualifications
Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Aspen Dental‑branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non‑clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
