Job description
This job is for a Lead Dentist, Managing Clinical Director at Aspen Dental. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient care while leading a patient‑centric team and managing clinical operations.
Compensation & Benefits
Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: $300,000 – $450,000 per year
Signing Incentive: $60,000
Minimum Monthly Guarantee for 1 year: $20,000
Relocation Stipend available

Responsibilities
Lead a patient‑centric team, respecting clinical judgment and leadership
Ensure excellent quality of care, adhering to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to achieve financial objectives
Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire dental team
Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the community
Qualifications
Must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Aspen Dental‑branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, supported with non‑clinical business services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.
