Job description
Dentist – DDS / DMD (Managing Clinical Director)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $300,000 – 450,000 / Year
Location: Aspen Dental (specify location as needed)
Sign-On Bonus: $60,000
Relocation Stipend: $25,000

Responsibilities
Lead a patient‑centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with Operations to attain financial objectives
Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire team of dental professionals
Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community
Qualifications
Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
