Dental Health Center of Northern Virginia Modern, Family-Oriented Practice
Position Highlights
Full-time or part-time
Minimum expected salary: $150,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid
Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

$150,000 minimum expected salary – move to higher earnings through collections
Health benefits available for team members working 20+ hours/week
Paid malpractice insurance

Covered DEA license renewal and professional dues
What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active State Dental License & DEA License
Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
Restorative procedures
Extractions (simple and surgical)
Crown & Bridge
Endodontics (Root Canals)
iTero scanning
Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
