Job description
Robert C. Scheele DDS and Associates, PC is located in Fort Wayne, IN . We are seeking an experienced and compassionate General Dentist to join our team! As a General Dentist, you will work closely with our team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients. Our office offers a comprehensive range of services, including crowns and bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care. We provide care to patients of all ages.

Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000+ annually
Up to 35% Collections
Requirements
General Dentistry license in the state of Indiana
Customer service and interpersonal relations
General pleasant, friendly, caring demeanor. Excellent oral and written communication
Detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced dental environment
Communicate well with patients and teammates
Provide excellent clinical care

In-network with numerous insurance providers - Delta Dental, A TPA for Cardington fee schedule and DHA fee schedule.
Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and holiday pay.
Part-time employees working 16+ hours per week are eligible for paid time off.
All employees may participate in our 401(k) retirement savings plan, which includes a company match.
