Job description
We are hiring General Dentists to see our Pediatric patients! Come join our exceptional clinical team within our Oral Health Clinic System along the beautiful Central California Coast in Santa Cruz. This position as a General Dentist involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to our pediatric patients, as your colleagues provide the same services to their families. As a Pediatric Oral Health provider at our organization, you will work closely with our Lead Dentists, and other General & Pediatric Oral Health providers and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages : Compensation : $170k - $190k, DOE
Schedule: 5 days x 8 hours
Operational hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Oral Health Leadership and Provider Recruitment

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree
Possess 2+ years of experience performing oral health procedures with pediatric patients of all ages
Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of California
Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate
Preferred Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish
5+ years of clinical experience with pediatric patients
Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients.
