Arden Family Dentistry is seeking an Associate Dentist who is passionate about comprehensive dentistry, values strong relationships with patients and team members, and is interested in pursuing practice ownership in the future. Position Details
Full-time opportunity
Opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry in a well-established, patient-focused environment
Clinical mentorship available in root canal therapy, surgical extractions, treatment planning, practice management, and leadership development
Work directly alongside the owner-doctor while building toward future partnership and ownership.
Qualifications
Active or eligible North Carolina dental license
Interest in practice ownership and long-term professional growth
Commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care
Desire to grow clinically and professionally while contributing to a positive office culture
