Job Overview
We are seeking a part‑time General Dentist to join Hillsborough Dental Center, a family‑run practice with a loyal patient base and a focus on clinical excellence and team collaboration. The role offers a clear, supported path to becoming the next trusted face of the practice with long‑term growth potential.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with patients
Provide general dental care including restorative, endodontic, and implant procedures
Perform Invisalign and clear aligner therapy as needed
Work with an experienced legacy dentist for mentorship and development
Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with practice standards
Contribute to a culture of trust, compassion, and excellence within the team
Qualifications
Dentistry degree and active license to practice in the state
Preferred experience in implants, endodontics, or clear aligner therapy; or a recent graduate willing to be mentored
Strong communication skills and a patient‑focused approach
Ability to work Wednesdays and Fridays (Friday required); open to adding Saturdays in the future
Commitment to a part‑time schedule with potential to transition to full time as the legacy doctor transitions
Schedule
Part‑time, required days: Wednesday (flexible) and Friday (mandatory). Saturday service may be added over time.
